Bruce Prashker

Bruce Prashker has been Interim Chief Financial Officer of Nephros, Inc. since 2006.
He was a Consultant for Barington Capital Group.
From April 2000 to March 2005, he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Sales for AKI Holdings, Inc. He held various positions with Capital Markets Company, Revlon Inc., Credit Suisse First Boston, Inc. and Deloitte & Touche LLP.
He received a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
