Carlucci has been a Director of First Albany Cos., Inc. since 2003 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the University of South Florida since 2001.
Prior to joining the University of South Florida, he was Deputy Comptroller, Office of the State Comptroller, State of New York from 1999 to 2001.
From 1993 to 1999, Dr. Carlucci was Executive Vice President of the University at Albany, State University of New York.
Previously, he was Secretary of the New York State Assembly Ways & Means Committee, a Director of the New York Assembly Higher Education Committee, Vice President for Administration at Brooklyn College and Lecturer of the Public Administration Departments of Baruch College of City University of New York and the University at Albany's Rockefeller College.
