Carolina Palacios Cisneros

Carolina Palacios Cisneros is currently the Vice Chairman at Diviso Grupo Financiero SA since 2022.
She is also the Vice Chairman at Operación Sonrisa Perú since 2014.
Additionally, she holds the position of Director at Laive SA, Instituto Peruano de Accion Empresarial, Dress for Success Lima, and Women CEO Perú, all since 2018 and 2019 respectively.
Previously, she worked as the President-South America at BCW Global, Inc. from 2013 to the present.
Prior to her current roles, she served as a Manager at Apoyo Comunicacion Corp.
from 2003 to 2013.
Ms. Palacios Cisneros completed her undergraduate degree at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas SAC in 2000.
She also obtained a graduate degree from the University of Barcelona and Medill School of Journalism in 2003.
