Charles B. Burkhart

Chas is the co-founder and CEO of Rosemont Investment Group, LLC.
He oversees sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating prospective investments and works closely with portfolio companies to help them sustain and grow their franchises.
Prior to forming Rosemont in May 2000, Chas founded Investment Counseling, Inc., an asset management business consultant and industry research firm that introduced business, financial and compensation analyses to the investment management industry.
Over the past 30-plus years he has worked with hundreds of asset management firms on compensation and ownership, business tactics, growth strategies, valuation, networking, and overall best practices.
Chas is a frequent speaker and occasional author on business issues and challenges in the investment management business.
He holds a BA in English from Boston College.
