Christina C Sanders

Ms. Sanders joined NGP in 2018 and serves as General Counsel – NGP ETP and Assistant General Counsel – NGP.
She applies her broad experience in the energy and private equity industries to the structuring and execution of transactions on behalf of NGP ETP, NGP and their portfolio companies.
Prior to joining NGP, Ms. Sanders was an Associate with the law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP for over five years.
As a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group, she focused her practice on energy private equity work, including investments in portfolio companies, energy transactional work and private equity fund formations.
Ms. Sanders received a B.A.
in Political Science in 2008 from the University of Southern California and a J.D., summa cum laude, in 2012 from Texas Tech University School of Law.
