E. Öhman J:or Fonder AB (Öhman Fonder) is the wholly-owned fund management subsidiary of E. Öhman J:or Asset Management AB, itself a subsidiary of the Dinkelspeil family's E. Öhman J:or AB in Sweden. Formerly known as SalusAnsvar E Öhman Fonder, the firm was founded in 1947 and became E. Öhman J:or Fonder AB in 2005. Headquartered in Stockholm, Öhman Fonder offers fund management and discretionary portfolio management to institutions, insurance companies and wealthy individuals.

DNB Asset Management AS (Sweden) (DNBAM) is the wholly-owned Swedish subsidiary of E. Ohman J :or Fonder AB, ultimately held by the Dinkelspiel family's E. Ohman J :or AB is Sweden. The group was established in 1990 when Bergen Bank and Den norske Creditbank merged. Also known as Carlson Investment Management, DNBAM was established in 1990 and is located in Stockholm. Research and portfolio management is shared internationally within the asset management division of the DNB group, which comprises fellow subsidiaries in Oslo, New York, Hong Kong and London. DNBAM manages mutual funds, hedge funds and discretionary portfolios for corporate and institutional clients in Norway and Sweden including pension funds. Their clientele also includes family offices and high-net worth individuals. The firm is committed to ethical investment and avoids investing in companies involved in the production, stockpiling and sales of anti-personnel mines or cluster weapons.
