Daniel Lips

Mr. Daniel Lips is an Analyst at Octogone Family Office SA. He joined the Octogone Group in 2012 as Consultant and Analyst for the long only fund selection activity.
In 2009, he founded Palladion Advisor, a consulting company specializing in mutual fund selection and portfolio construction.
Prior to that, he worked with IFM Independent Financial Managers SA with responsibility for the investment department.
Between 2001 and 2007, Daniel worked as an Investment Fund Analyst at the Cantonal Bank of Geneva (BCGE), where he developed a mutual fund selection process, following a quantitative and qualitative process.
In addition, he initiated the highly successful “BCGE Best of” investment portfolios.
He started his professional career at Capital International SA as Fund Administrator.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Lausanne (Faculty of Hautes Etudes Commerciales) and is a Certifified International Investment Analyst (AZEK).
