Mr. David M.
Newman is Chief Financial Officer & Principal at NewSouth Capital Management, Inc. He has served as Chief Financial Officer since he joined the firm in 1995.
Prior to joining the firm, he was Director of Financial Services with Dover Elevator Systems, Inc. He started his career with Rhea & Ivy CPA's where he served as a Staff Accountant.
Mr. Newman graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from Memphis State University in 1985.
He currently serves on the Board of Briarcrest Christian School.
