Ingram is a Principal at The White Oak Group, Inc. Prior to joining White Oak in 2007, Mr. Ingram was co-founder and President of a multi-state marketing and finance company serving the independent home construction industry, growing it to over 20 states, 50 distribution channel partners, 1,000 builders and $200 Million in loans closed.
Prior to co-founding that company, Mr. Ingram was General Counsel for a publicly traded software and electronic commerce company where he was responsible for the company’s legal affairs, including its Year 2000 effort, frontline revenue recognition, software licensing and protecting the company’s intellectual property assets.
Prior to that, Mr. Ingram was in private practice in Hilton Head where he advised clients on matters related to real estate, corporate and intellectual property law.
Mr. Ingram received a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of South Carolina.
