Derek Sheeler

Derek Sheeler joined Sovereign as Investment Manager with over a decade of experience in research and portfolio management.
Most recently, Mr. Sheeler worked with the privately owned Olayan Group in New York and prior to this with Mario Gabelli and Wellington Management.
He began his career on the sell-side working at both Merrill Lynch and then Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette.
Mr. Sheeler is a CFA charter holder and graduated first in his class from Plymouth University in New Hampshire in 1996.
He earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2002.
