Active in Belgium, Bahrain, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Jersey and Spain, the private banking division of Dexia was established in 1996 through the alliance of Crédit Local de France, Crédit Communal de Belgique and Banque Internationale à Luxembourg.
