He holds a B.S.
from the University of Illinois and a M.B.A.
from the University of Louisville.
As an Adjunct Professor for more than nine years, he taught Managerial Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Management and Portfolio Theory to graduate students at Bellarmine University and similar courses at the University of Louisville.
From 1981 to 2000 he was employed by Lithgow Industries, Inc. (d.b.a.
Rodes), serving the last fourteen years as President.
He joined Hilliard Lyons in 2000.
