Elizabeth Smithley

Ms. Elizabeth Smithley is an Associate Director at Galliard Capital Management LLC.
She is Co-Chair of the External Manager Oversight Working Group and responsible for the evaluation, selection, and oversight of our institutional stable value external manager relationships.
In working closely with various internal teams to understand our clients’ investment needs, she is responsible for providing formal external manager investment recommendations and structuring multi-manager stable value solutions.
She is a non-voting member of the Investment Council, which provides oversight of investment strategies, trading, and portfolio management.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas.
