Eric Kiebler

Mr. Kiebler rejoined Trident Capital in February 2004.
Most recently prior to rejoining Trident, Mr. Kiebler was Vice President of Research & Development for Signio, Inc., a former Trident portfolio company that was an electronic commerce service specializing in payment processing and associated services.
Signio was acquired by VeriSign, Inc. in December 1999.
At Signio, Mr. Kiebler was responsible for all engineering activities, as well as functioning as the acting Vice President of Operations until the acquisition.
Prior to Signio, Mr. Kiebler was Vice President of Engineering for Seeker Software, Inc., which was acquired by Concur, Inc., a provider of web-based employee workplace automation software, in June 1999.
Before joining Seeker, Mr. Kiebler was Director of Advanced Development for BEA Systems, and prior to that held several management and engineering positions at a number of technology companies including Sybase, Gould Computer Systems and BB&N.
Mr. Kiebler holds B.S.
and M.S.
degrees in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
Mr. Kiebler has worked with Trident Capital since its inception, providing technology assessment services and engineering practices assessments on an as-needed basis.
