Gary Lee Baxter

Dr. Gary L.
Baxter is a Founder & Chief Economist at Baxter Capital Management, Inc. He brings decades of experience in economic analysis and forecasting.
He is also a Registered Investment Advisor Representative.
Prior to the formation of Baxter Capital Management in 1979, Dr. Baxter served as Chief Economist for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.
In this position he was a member of the Bank's Financial Policy Committee, and he was directly responsible for the management of the Bank's several hundred million dollar investment portfolio.
For more than twenty years, he served as Chairman of the Indiana State Forecast Committee, a non-partisan group whose output determined the State's revenue projections.
Dr. Baxter earned his Doctorate in real estate with fields in finance and quantitative business analysis at Indiana University and his M.B.A.
and B.S.
degrees at Ohio State University.
