He has supported Blue Wolf portfolio companies since 2013 with critical projects including SHE improvement, post-merger integration, manufacturing process assessments, and process optimization.
Mr. Kamm is experienced in managing both the people and the science of operational transformation and is a skilled Lean practitioner and change agent, adept at facilitating shop floor transformation and supporting executive teams with organizational change and program management.
Prior to joining Blue Wolf, Mr. Kamm has held the following positions: Managing Director of Summit Pharma Solutions, LLC, an operational transformation consultancy; Director, Principal, and Managing Consultant with Quintiles and Tunnell Consulting, and Plant Metallurgist and Materials Engineer with New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Timken Aerospace, and The Torrington Company.
Mr. Kamm received a B.S.
in Chemical Engineering and Materials Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a M.S.
in Mathematics/Statistics from the University of New Hampshire.
He is also an industrial statistician and a trained Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
