Jay L. Holtz

Prior to joining Enhanced Capital, Mr. Holtz held senior operating roles in general management, business development, marketing, and product development.
He has expertise and contacts in various industries including software, e-commerce, internet security, entertainment, real estate development, property management, government relations, on-shore and off-shore manufacturing, distribution and logistics, food and beverage, and retail.
Mr. Holtz has a background in in finance and consulting where he has raised, managed and assisted companies with raising equity and debt funds from private and public capital markets.
He has also spent much of his career helping clients of all sizes, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, in solving their core strategic, operational, business process and technology problems.
Mr. Holtz graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
After earning his C.P.A.
license in California while working for Coopers and Lybrand, he earned his MBA and a Masters in International Relations/Business Transactions from Yale University.
