Jeffrey van Rooyen

Jeffrey van Rooyen is the founder of National Black Business Caucus, Uranus Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd., Uranus Investment Holdings, The Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants SA. He currently holds director positions at SAB&T Ubuntu Holdings Ltd., Leshume Solutions (Pty) Ltd., Uranus Management Group (Pty) Ltd., Global Mandate Consulting (Pty) Ltd., Uranus Consultancy (Pty) Ltd., Oracle Compliance (Pty) Ltd., and Jeff van Rooyen Investments (Pty) Ltd. In the past, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Services Board.
He was also the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Unicorn Capital Partners Ltd., Exxaro Resources Ltd., and the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director of Pick 'n Pay Stores Ltd. Additionally, he held positions as the Chairman of the Public Accountants' & Audits' Board and the Financial Reporting Standards Council.
He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at MTN Group Ltd. and held director positions at Pick n Pay Holdings Ltd., Small Business Development Corp., and Mobile Telephone Networks Holdings Ltd. Furthermore, he was a member of the University of Pretoria and a partner at Deloitte & Touche (South Africa).
He also served as a trustee at the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation.
