Before 2000, Mr. Hu has been working on project-management of R&D in Shanghai Department of Chinese Academy of Science and Shanghai Academy of Science.
He was also appointed to manage investment-projects and development parks by Pudong government.
Mr. Hu graduated from Shanghai Fudan University and received his management and business training from Northwest Polytechnic of USA from 1992-1993.
