Mr. Johan Fahlén joined Jacobs Holding AG in December 2006 as the investment manager responsible for Adecco SA and Infront Sports & Media AG.
Mr. Johan Fahlén’s professional career started at McKinsey&Company in Stockholm, where he worked as a management consultant for three years.
During this time he conducted various projects in strategy, turnaround, due diligence and operational improvement in various sectors.
Prior to joining Jacobs Holding AG, he worked as Group Management Coordinator and Senior Project Manager at Nybron Flooring International, Europe’s largest wood flooring company.
His responsibilities involved developing corporate strategy, conducting due diligence on acquisition targets, managing parts of the corporate sales process, and identifying and leading operational improvement projects.
Mr. Johan Fahlén holds an MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden, and was an exchange student at Haas Business School, UC Berkeley, California, and the ETH Zurich.
He has also studied business and administration at the Gothenburg School of Economics, Gothenburg, Sweden.
