Johanne Lemire

Ms. Lemire joined Multiple Capital in March 2005.
Prior to her arrival at Multiple Capital, Mrs. Lemire had been working at Innovatech du Grand Montréal since 1998, where she successfully automated the administration and management systems.
In addition, Ms. Lemire managed the company's temporary investments and short term loan portfolio, chaired on the Valuation Committee, and acted as Corporate Secretary.
Responsible for producing the annual report, she also contributed to building the organization's communication strategy.
Being a member of the CGA since 1998, she graduated from Université du Québec à Montréal in Accounting.
Ms. Lemire has extensive experience in administration, human resources management and financial management.
She has cumulated over 12 years of experience at Canagex, a portfolio management society, where she first served as Manager to later become Director, Finance and Administration.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Lemire had been employed at Talvest, a Mutual Fund Managing firm.
