John Lee

Mr. John Lee is a Senior Associate at Tennenbaum Capital Partners LLC.
Prior to joining TCP, he worked for five years at GE Capital in New York in the Restructuring Finance and Bank Loan Distressed Debt Groups.
While at GE, he underwrote debtor-in-possession, out-of-court, bankruptcy exit financing and distressed debt transactions.
Prior to that, he was an associate in a principal investing group at Société Générale, where his responsibilities included selecting and performing due diligence on investment targets.
Mr. Lee earned a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
He received an MBA from the University of Chicago.
