John T. Lyons

Prior to joining Pinewood in May 2004, Mr. Lyons was Vice President, Finance and Assistant Treasurer of Mediacom Communications Corporation, a publicly-traded (NASDAQ: MCCC) high-yield cable company with over 1.5 million basic subscribers and annual revenues of $1 billion.
He joined Mediacom in 2000 as Director of Corporate Finance.
During 2000, he also served as a business analyst in the software pricing group of IBM Corporation.
From 1996 to 1999, he served as a member of the equity research team at ABN AMRO, Inc., most recently as Vice President and Senior Analyst with total responsibility for U.S.
food and drug retailing equity research.
From 1994 to 1996, he was an analyst with Value Line, Inc. Mr. Lyons earned his M.B.A.
from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 2000, and graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a B.S.
degree in Management/Finance in 1994.
