John V. Caldarella

John V.
Caldarella has been Divisional Manager (U.S.
East) of Watson Wyatt's & Company Holdings since August 2004.
Prior to that, he served as Director of Growth and Development from March 2000 to August 2004.
In that capacity, he had overall responsibility for Watson Wyatt's Account Management, Client Development, Marketing and Communication functions.
He joined Watson Wyatt in 1992 as a consultant.
In 1997, he became the Director of Account Management for the East Region.
Prior to that, he was a consultant with a national human resources consulting firm.
He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary (retired status).
He has a B.S.
in Insurance and Real Estate from the Pennsylvania State University.
