Joseph Huddle

Joe Huddle is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Industrial and Private Equity practices.
Joe focuses on recruiting chief financial officers for public and private sectors, with deep experience working with private equity sponsors.
His industry sector experience includes light and heavy manufacturing (both discrete and process), value-added distribution, and business and industrial services.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Joe was a managing partner of the global industrial practice of a large executive search firm.
Before that, he was co-head of the practice and earlier, a North American industrial practice group leader for the same firm.
Previously, Joe was a partner at a large global executive search firm where he was a member of the global industrial practice and the supply chain COE, where he completed a number of senior-level integrated supply chain management assignments.
Prior to his search career, Joe spent a decade in sales and marketing management roles in business process outsourcing.
