Kelly Engelbert

Kelly Engelbert is the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of BOLD Capital Group.
Kelly works with businesses of varying size and sophistication to transform the way they do business, providing consulting services in the fields of corporate restructuring, entity selection and start-up accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control.
Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant and prior to founding BOLD, was employed at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
While at Deloitte, she was recognized as a dynamic, high-performing audit manager, well versed in public company regulatory environments and demands.
She served “Office of the CEO” clients in the Life Sciences Industry focusing on accounting high-risk areas including revenue recognition, gross-to-net reserves, joint ventures, and litigation matters.
Kelly graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accounting.
She is passionate about volunteer work, and serves on the boards of the JDRF Palmetto Chapter and two local schools.
She lives in Charleston with her husband and two daughters.
