The Real Estate Business division engages in the development of real estate in areas along railway lines and increasing the attractiveness of commercial facilities in the areas. The Sports & Leisure Business division manages the Hanshin Koshien Stadium, the venue for the national high school baseball tournaments and home of the Hanshin Tigers professional baseball teams.
