Ms. Vernon has years of experience in global marketing and branding for lifestyle, fashion, beauty and home products in the designer segment.
During those years, she rose to be the Executive Vice President of Calvin Klein, Inc. as well as a member of parent company Phillips Van-Heusen’s management group.
Leading a global marketing team of 70 employees operating in four countries, Ms. Vernon played a strong role in defining the message to the consumer, trade, and even Wall Street.
Working with over 35 licensees, she designed advertising campaigns, consumer events of every scale, as well as the identity of all products on the market.
Ms. Vernon has experience in the international brand market working at Prada and similarly at Escada.
She is effective in corporate strategic planning for brands in early stages as well as brands that are fully developed and structured.
She has also consulted for such companies as Carolina Herrera, Club Monaco, Retail Options Inc, Vera Wang, Katayone Adeli, and ibeauty.com.
Ms. Vernon is now the CEO of her namesake company which she opened in October 2006.
Vernon Company is a consultancy that works with brands to promote expansion while maintaining brand integrity.
Through marketing, media/communications strategies, licensing, distribution, and equity raising, she aims to maximize the value of a company.
