Esaliens TFI SA (Esaliens) is an independent Polish asset management firm founded in 1998 as TFI Banku Handlowego SA. Formerly known as Legg Mason TFI SA, a subsidiary of Legg Mason, Inc. (NYSE: LM) in the US, the Management Board of Esaliens TFI, employees and Polish financial investors effected an MBO from Legg Mason in 2016 and renamed the firm Esaliens TFI SA. Headquartered in Warsaw, Esaliens manages a range of funds and specialist investment schemes for individual and business clients in Poland.

Absolute Capital Management Spain SL (ACMS) was a wholly-owned subsidiary of the alternative investment firm Absolute Capital Management Holdings Ltd. (LSE: ACMH). Based in Palma de Mallorca, the firm provided research and analysis to ACMH's long/short equity funds. ACMH is a fund management company founded in 2005 to take over the business of FM Ltd. The group has offices in Switzerland, the Cayman Islands, the UK and Poland. Their Spanish office ACMS ceased operations late 2008.
