LaBauve joined IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. as Vice President of Worldwide Operations in February 2004.
From 1999 to 2004, Ms. LaBauve held various senior positions at Ortho-Clincial Diagnostics, where she served as General Manager and Vice President of Clinical Laboratory Franchise from 2002 to 2004, Vice President of Worldwide Systems R&D from 2000 to 2002 and Vice President of Design Excellence from 1999 to 2000.
Prior to joining Ortho-Clincial Diagnostics, Ms. LaBauve held various positions at AlliedSignal Corp., where she served as Vice President of Six Sigma Quality.
