In 1980, Concepts was acquired by the Monchik-Weber Corp.
("Monchik"), a computer services and consulting firm to the financial services industry.
Mr. Simon served as Vice President - Corporate Development and Acquisitions for Monchik.
Subsequently Monchik was acquired by McGraw-Hill.
