Lekha Doshi is an operating advisor at Bessemer where she brings over fifteen years of experience in go-to-market strategy and operations.
As the Vice President of Global Operations at LinkedIn, she leads the operations for the company’s B2B monetization efforts for the SaaS and Ads businesses.
Her team is responsible for operational planning, strategic insights, lead generation, and monetization support.
Lekha started her career at Bain & Company, where she worked in their San Francisco, Sydney, and London offices.
She partnered with technology companies to drive international growth and operational productivity.
She was also a member of Bain’s Private Equity practice, where she conducted due diligence on target companies on behalf of private equity clients.
Lekha graduated from UC Berkeley with dual degrees in Economics and Business and earned her MBA from Harvard Business School.
She resides in San Francisco with her husband and two daughters.
