Maite served as a paralegal at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General and has worked as an attorney in the USA, Cuba and Venezuela.
Prior to joining HSMP, Ms. MacDonald was an adjunct professor teaching business courses at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
A native Spanish speaker, Maite is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
Ms. MacDonald is a graduate of the University of Havana Law School (Licenciado en Derecho, summa cum laude, 1995) and Harvard Law School (LL.M.
2005).
