Mary Duggan

Ms. Duggan is involved in a full range of regulatory and policy development functions including the regional greenhouse gas initiative, creation of CCEF’s comprehensive plan and various regulatory dockets.
Previously, she worked at Northeast Utilities for 27 years, as a senior project manager handling the interconnection of distributed generation projects to the CL&P electric distribution system;, as part of the Connecticut Light and Power (CL&P) team handling the competitive divestiture of generation assets; preparing the CL&P and Western Massachusetts Electric operating companies for deregulation and restructuring, asset strategy and many other roles.
Ms. Duggan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and earned her Master’s in Management from Renssellaer Polytechnic Institute.
