Bersot, CFA, is a Chief Executive Officer & Founder at Bersot Capital Management LLC.
She has over 30 years’ experience managing investment portfolios for clients.
Her years working with individuals, trusts and families, her mutual fund management experience and her role with major pension funds offers clients of Bersot Capital Management the depth and experience needed to manage their assets to achieve their investment goals.
Ms. Bersot began her career at Wells Fargo Bank and Citicorp Trust of California where she managed trusts, foundation accounts and investment management accounts for individuals.
In 1989, Ms. Bersot joined McMorgan & Company to manage stock portfolios for Taft Hartley Pension and Health and Welfare plans.
Ms. Bersot and her colleagues managed mutual funds with Morningstar ratings of 4 stars as well as individual portfolios.
Ms. Bersot was a speaker at the Employee Benefit Foundation National Conference on several occasions and she authored a textbook chapter for the organization titled Introduction to Common Stock Investing.
Ms. Bersot joined Dresdner RCM (f/k/a Rosenberg Capital Management) in 1999, where she was a Managing Director and Co-Chief Investment Officer of the Large Cap Team, responsible for over $20 billion of assets under management.
Ms. Bersot was a member of the Investment Policy and Executive Management Committees.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon.
