Maxim Uryash

Mr. Maxim Uryash joined Advance Capital in 2011.
He focuses on M&A deals in oil & gas and metals & mining.
He has extended experience of M&A transactions across a number of sectors, including oil&gas, telecommunications, commercial real estate, and insurance.
Prior to joining Advance Capital, he worked for three years at Coalco group of companies as the Head of M&A department and the Chairman of the board of directors of a group company involved in an oil exploration project in Kazakhstan.
From 2005 through 2007 he was part of the M&A department at Renova group, where he participated in M&A transactions involving both private and public companies in Russia and abroad.
He graduated from Moscow Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), and is a CFA charterholder.
