Korea Investment Management Co., Ltd. (KIM) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd., which is owned by Korea Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (KRX: 071050) in South Korea. Founded in 1974 as the first investment trust management company in Korea, the firm merged with Dongwon Investment Trust Management Co., Ltd. in 2005 and was subsequently renamed as Korea Investment Trust Management Co., Ltd. They changed their name to Korea Investment Management Co., Ltd. in 2010. Headquartered in Seoul, KIM manages and provides investment solutions for both government funds and private endowments/mutual aids.

Eastspring Asset Management Korea Co., Ltd. (Eastspring-AM Korea) is the wholly-owned Korean asset management subsidiary of Prudential Corp. Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by Great Britain-based Prudential plc (LSE: PRU; NYSE: PUK). Founded in 2001, the firm was formerly known as PCA Asset Management Co., Ltd. and changed their name to Eastspring Asset Management Korea in 2012. Eastspring-AM Korea is headquartered in Seoul and provides financial products and asset management services to individual and institutional customers.
