(Investment Management) (Victory Capital-IM) is the investment management division of Victory Capital Management, Inc., a financial services company headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. They are an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCTR). The firm was founded in 1894 and formerly known as Key Asset Management, Inc. Victory Capital-IM provides specialized investment strategies to institutions, intermediaries, retirement platforms and individual investors.

Integrity Asset Management LLC is a registered investment advisor headquartered in Rock River, Ohio. In 2014, the firm was acquired by Victory Capital Management, Inc. from Munder Capital Management. (NYSE: NCC) AAM is focused on the investment and service requirements of institutional clients, including corporate, public, Taft-Hartley, foundation, endowments and mutual funds. The firm was formed following the merger between National City and First of America Bank Corp. in 1985. AAM manages the Armada/Allegiant fund family out of Cleveland, while private client portfolios are managed out of offices in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Grand Rapids, Michigan and Fort Wayne, Indiana. National City maintains separate trading desks for the Armada fund family and private client portfolios.

ClearArc Capital, Inc. is an investment management firm headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. The firm is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fifth Third Bancorp (NASDAQ: FITB) (FITB). ClearArc Capital traces their origins to Investment Strategies, Inc. (ISI), a Cleveland-based investment firm, which was founded in 1975. In 1992, ISI changed their name to Maxus Asset Management, Inc. (MAMI). In connection with the acquisition of the parent company of MAMI by FITB in January 2001, the firm’s name was changed to Fifth Third/Maxus Asset Management. On April 2, 2001, FITB acquired Old Kent Financial Corp. which owned Lyon Street Asset Management Co.
