Michael Russell

Mr. Russell is involved in the origination, screening, analysis, due diligence, negotiating and monitoring of private market investments.
Mr. Russell leads the firm's business development activities and is a member of the Investment Committee.
He has over 13 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance and M&A transactions, valuation and law.
Prior to joining PCG, he was an investment banker at CIBC Wood Gundy and an attorney with the law firm of Tory Ducharme Lawson Lundell.
He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, a diploma in International Management from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris, and holds law and MBA degrees from the University of British Columbia
