Michal Dlouhý

Michal Dlouhý is a Partner of White & Case LLP.
He is a Member of the New York State Bar Association and the Czech Bar Association.
Previously, Mr. Dlouhý worked at the New York and Paris Offices of Sullivan & Cromwell.
He has experience in cross-border securities, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, privatization, securitization, and restructuring transactions for clients in the United States, Europe, Canada and Latin America.
Mr. Dlouhý has experience in legal and financial matters arising in cross-border transactions, including corporate governance, corporate finance, accounting practices, stock exchange regulations, disclosure requirements under securities laws, competition and EU state aid regulations, sovereign representation and international taxation.
He received a JD from the Fordham University School of Law, New York, USA in 1990 and a BA degree from McGill University, Montreal, Canada in 1984.
