Nigel T. Keenan

Mr. Nigel T.
Keenan is Partner at The Roseview Group LLC.
He has over 23 years of experience with large real estate investment companies, where he has been involved in everything from acquisitions and portfolio and asset management to strategy development and implementation.
Mr. Keenan was a partner in funds sponsored by both General Investment and Development (Windsor Funds), where he worked for 12 years and served as Director of Office Investments and Vice President of Acquisitions.
Before joining Roseview in 2009, he worked at Colony Capital (Colony Realty Partners), where he was responsible for acquisitions on behalf of some of the pension funds.
Prior to joining GID, he was an asset manager at Boston Financial (Lend Lease), where he oversaw a 40-property portfolio across the U.S.
and Puerto Rico.
He began his career at AREEA Investment Advisory Services Inc., where he worked on behalf of the Sovereign Wealth Fund, overseeing asset management duties for a creditor in bankruptcy.
Mr. Keenan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin, Ireland.
