Olivier Gougeon

Mr. Olivier Gougeon is Chief Executive Officer at Société Générale Bank & Trust SA. Mr. Gougeon was appointed Regional CEO for Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, Singapore and China in March 2011.
He is responsible for pursuing the growth strategy of the private bank in Asia.
He is a member of the Global and Asia Pacific Executive Committees of the private bank.
Prior to this appointment, he was CEO (Singapore & South Asia) since he arrived in Asia in September 2010.
He joined the Société Générale Group in 1992.
After seven years in the bank’s Inspection department, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of SG Hambros Bank and Trust in Nassau, Bahamas following the acquisition of Coutts Bank & Trust Company.
In 2004, he joined SG Hambros in London to take charge of the trust and wealth planning activities for corporate and institutional clients covering Great Britain, Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar and the Bahamas.
In 2006, he extended these responsibilities to the private clients.
In 2007, he was promoted to Global Head of Wealth Planning and Fiduciary Services, covering from London, a team of 240 experts across 14 jurisdictions.
