Before that, from 1999 to 2001, he arranged a number of mezzanine financings for LBO transactions at Euromezzanine, a leading French mezzanine fund, after having worked for five years in corporate and investment banking for BNP Paribas in Germany and in France.
Mr. Poncelet graduated from HEC business school, Paris in 1994.
