Paul Griffin

Mr. Paul Griffin is a Managing Director at Hudson Realty Capital LLC.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2007, he was a Senior Consultant at Questor, a predecessor company to Hudson.
Before that, he worked as Manager of Tax Credit Investments with Apartment Investment and Management Company.
Prior to that, he worked for a local developer negotiating debt work-outs from 1988 to 1994.
He has underwritten and performed due diligence on approximately $2.7 billion in debt and equity investments.
Mr. Griffin received his BS in Accounting from Columbia Union College and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders.
