Paul Kohli

Paul Kohli is responsible for deal structuring and execution for Mayfield Fund’s global investment activities.
Paul has over a decade of investment and operational experience in the venture capital industry.
Paul joined Mayfield Fund in 2004 as an analyst and was promoted to director of investment operations in 2007.
He works closely with the firm’s investment professionals in the U.S.
and India and serves as a valuable resource to the firm’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Mayfield Fund, Paul worked for Selby Venture Partners for four years where he managed the investment activities, fund operations (including fund structuring, administration and investor relations), and worked closely with several portfolio companies.
Paul holds a BA in history from Santa Clara University.
