Paul V. Roberts

Prior to joining NYLCAP in 2004, Mr. Roberts served as a financial consultant to private companies in the San Francisco Bay area, where he had responsibility for establishing and improving financial and accounting systems, capital raising and financial engineering.
Prior to this, Mr. Roberts headed the finance department of Intira Corporation, a data communications service company.
Prior to joining Intira, Mr. Roberts was a Principal at JPMorgan Partners where he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing private equity investments.
Mr. Roberts earned a B.S.
in Accounting in 1984 from California State University-Los Angeles and an MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy in 1995 from the University of Michigan Business School.
