Philippe Joland

Philippe Joland joined Tishman Speyer in 2004 and is responsible for leading the company’s business in France and Southern Europe, including acquisitions, development, and asset management activities.
In this role, he is also charged with developing customer relationships and overall market presence, leading efforts that have accomplished several of the largest recent leases in Paris.
He is also responsible for growth in new markets, which has led to expansion into Madrid and Lisbon.
Before joining Tishman Speyer, Philippe was a commercial director at Société Foncière Lyonnaise, a French REIT, where he was focused on asset management and dispositions.
Previously, he spent 10 years as a leasing broker with CBRE-Bourdais.
He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and holds a degree from ESG Business School.
