Randal Hoff

Randal Hoff has been a Director of Z Trim Holdings, Inc. since December 19, 2007.
Mr. Hoff has been Vice President and General Manager of McCormick and Co., Inc.'s Flavor Division since 2000.
From 1998 to 2000, he was Vice President-Sales and Marketing for McCormick Flavor Division.
From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Hoff served as Vice President-Business Development for the McCormick's Flavor Division.
He served as President of McCormick & Wild, Inc. from 1994 to 1997.
From 1982 to 1994, Mr. Hoff held various management positions in the McCormick Flavor Group and McCormick & Wild, including Director of Finance and Administration, Account Manager, Director-MIS, Director-Quality Management, Controller and Chief Financial Officer.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 30 years of general management, sales, financial and administrative experience.
Mr. Hoff received a BA degree in Accounting and Economics from the Augustana College and an MBA in Finance and MIS from Northwestern University at JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
