Rob Cohen

Mr. Rob Cohen is Senior Vice President at Pacific Coast Capital Partners LLC.
Prior to joining PCCP in April 2004, he interned at ProLogis Trust, where he analyzed industrial real estate acquisitions in Southern California.
Mr. Cohen also interned at Bond Capital, a Los Angeles mixed-use developer, where he focused on the firm’s capital raising efforts.
Prior to business school, Mr. Cohen held business development and sales roles at DoubleClick, an internet marketing software company.
His responsibilities at PCCP include deal origination, financial modeling and transaction due diligence.
Mr. Cohen received a B.A.
in Economics from Middlebury College in 1998 and an M.B.A.
from the Anderson School at UCLA in 2004.
