Shane P. McCarthy

Shane is Managing Partner of Enhanced Capital’s Impact Real Estate team.
In this capacity, he co-heads the firm’s federal and state tax credit business lines and manages the firm’s Impact Real Estate department.
Prior to co-heading the Impact Real Estate services business line, Shane was the Chief Financial Officer, where he oversaw the firm’s accounting, finance, tax, and treasury functions.
Prior to joining Enhanced Capital in March 2006, he was an audit manager with Ernst & Young where he provided auditing and attestation services for both publicly traded and private entities.
Shane is a certified public accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants.
He received his Masters in Professional Accountancy and a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2001 and 1999, respectively.
